Booking Information
- All rates shown are in € Euros for 7-day bookings (unless shown) and for upto 8 guests staying.
- Check-in time is from 5pm on day of arrival, check-out time 10am on departure day.
- Included in rental fee: All utilities (electric/water/gas); Wi-Fi Internet; Bed linen & towels for all guests; Secure parking in garage for 1 vehicle (medium/midsize).
- Security deposit: 500 Euros (cash) paid at check-in. Deposit is held and returned at check-out, less deductions for any damages.
- Mandatory extras to include: End-of-rental cleaning charge of 150 Euro; Ravello Tourist Tax of €3 p/night, p/adult.
- Optional items: Extra guest fee (max 2, but check with first) €40 Euros p/night; Informal in-home cook service for occasional evening meals (local recipes); Transport to/from airport and local attractions; booking assistance of activities.
- Standard payment terms are 25% on booking with the balance payable 60 days before start of rental. Payments can be made via credit/debit card or PayPal via the secure payment gateway.
